We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport and just a short distance from the city center. We were impressed by the wide range of services offered, including room service, laundry, taxi service, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, dining table, kettle. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floors added to the overall comfort of the room.
